About our ordering process:

• Portion weights are not exact and depend on carcass size.
• All beef is delivered frozen and in labeled packages.
• Special cutting instructions for the butcher are possible, ONLY if you order halves or wholes that are not CSA-style. Please send us an email to discuss your preferences (please have your order # ready).
• A deposit of $200, payable by check or via PayPal, is required to place an order. The final price is based on the final weight of the cut and is due upon delivery.
