No, I'm new to Morris Grassfed or did not place an order last year.

About our ordering process:

• Portion weights are not exact and depend on carcass size.
• All beef is delivered frozen and in labeled packages.
• Special cutting instructions for the butcher are possible, ONLY if you order halves or wholes that are not CSA-style. Please send us an email to discuss your preferences (please have your order # ready).
• All orders containing split-halves (and larger) require a deposit of $200 per split-half (e.g., half = 2 split-halves, whole = 4 split-halves). Orders of extra items only require a 30% deposit. Deposits must be made via PayPal (a link will be provided on your confirmation page and receipt). You do not need a PayPal account to pay your deposit.
