A Morris Grassfed Beef split-half weighs approximately 87 lbs** and is composed of a variety of cuts from one side of an animal. A "CSA-style" split half will weigh approximately 87 pounds. An entire split half will require approximately 4.5 cubic feet of space in your freezer. We charge $6.45/lb. for our Traditional Style and $7.50/lb. for our CSA-Style (delivered in four portions throughout the year.)
